Step 1 for Cheese: Pour Anchor Cheese into a blender.
Add Cheese Milk Cap Powder.
Then pour in whole milk.
Cover with lid, place in a blender and blend for 1 minute, set aside.
Step 2 for Cream: Prepare a mixer, pour Panda Condensed Milk into the mixer bowl.
Add Anchor Whipping Cream.
Include Rose Salt.
Place in mixer, blend on low for 1 minute, then switch to fourth or fifth gear and blend for 30 seconds.
Stop when cream forms a triangular shape.
Step 3 for Finished Cheese Milk Cap: Pour prepared cheese into the cream.
Use the mixer’s low setting and blend for 1 to 2 minutes.
Continue blending until mixture reaches a flowing consistency.
