Detailed Steps for Cooking White Sauce Ham and Bacon Pasta
Melt butter in a pan
Slowly stir-fry the flour until smooth
Stir in fresh milk, then add heavy cream and continue stirring, finally add vanilla, season with salt to taste, and the white sauce is ready
Cook the pasta until soft but not overcooked: I cooked for about 7-8 minutes (usually the required time is indicated on the package of the pasta), add 2 teaspoons of salt to the water while cooking
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté bacon, ham, onion, and carrot in order
Then add 3 tablespoons of prepared white sauce, pour in some fresh milk and a little water to dilute it (this amount can make about two servings according to my plate size)
Add the cooked pasta, stir well (you can also add some spinach at this point, it tastes great and looks good)
