White Toast Bread Cooking Steps
Add the dough ingredients to the bread machine, knead for 15 minutes, add salt, add white oil, ferment for the first time for 30 minutes.
Divide into 90g each, roll into 5 round doughs, cover with a damp cloth, and let rest for 15 minutes.
Flatten the dough, fold into thirds, and shape into an olive shape.

Ferment for the second time for 1 hour.
