Ingredients
Pour all the dough ingredients except for butter and bran into a large bowl
Knead into a smooth dough and add butter
Knead until the dough is stretchy and smooth
Add bran to the dough and knead until well combined
Roll into a ball and let it rise in a large bowl
Let the dough rise until it doubles in size, then punch it down and divide it into 2 equal parts
Roll each part into a ball and brush the surface with egg white
Coat the surface with white sesame seeds
Place the dough on a baking sheet and let it rest for 15 minutes
Gently flatten the surface with a rolling pin
Press down from the center to the bottom and let it rise for another 20 minutes
Bake in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 18 minutes until the surface is golden brown
Remove from the oven when the surface is golden brown
