Whole Wheat Flour (White flour works too)

Soak the flakes separately
Yeast
Sugar
Knead the dough with whole milk
Well-kneaded dough
Add the oat flakes
Seal the well-kneaded dough in a plastic bag and let it rise to double its size on top of a heater.
Let it rise again to double its size.
It took me a night on the heater to double in size. Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees. It’s ready in 25 minutes.
