Mix all ingredients together,
Knead into a dough
Basic fermentation until the dough is enlarged
Main dough ingredients: High-gluten flour 95g, salt 1/2 tsp, honey 25g, water 50g, butter 15g, black sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Mix the pre-ferment dough with the main dough ingredients, except for butter and sesame seeds
Stir until slightly smooth, then add butter
Stir until the dough can be stretched into a large thin film
Add black sesame seeds
Knead evenly
Put it in a bowl and ferment for the second time until the dough is enlarged
Deflate, roll into a ball, and let it relax for 15 minutes
Roll it into a 30X20cm rectangle
