Steps to Make Whole Wheat Toast
Sourdough (Main Ingredient)
Pour all ingredients into a large bowl,
Knead into a dough, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment for 90 minutes
The dough grows larger
Main Dough (Accessories)
Mix the sourdough with the main dough ingredients except butter,
Stir until slightly smooth, then add butter
Continue stirring until a thin film is pulled out
Put it in a large bowl, ferment for 60 minutes for the second time, and the dough grows larger
Deflate, divide into three equal parts, roll into balls, and relax for 15 minutes
Roll into an oval shape of 20x10cm
Roll up
Put it in the toast mold
Cover and ferment for about 50 minutes for the last time
The dough grows to 9/10 full
Put it in the oven, middle and lower layers, upper fire 190 degrees, lower fire 210 degrees, bake for about 30 minutes
