Steps to Make Whole Wheat Toast
Mix whole wheat flour, yeast, and high-gluten flour with water to form a dough
Let the dough ferment for 60 minutes
Add the ingredients for the main dough to the fermented dough, except for butter and raisins
Knead the dough, then add butter and raisins and knead until it forms a thin sheet
Let the dough ferment for another 30 minutes
Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 15 minutes
Roll the dough into an oval shape

Place it in a toast mold and let it ferment until it is 90% full
