Detailed Steps for Making Wild Rose Jam
Freshly picked wild rose flowers~picked in the mountains in the early morning.
Separate the petals from the flower buds~dry the buds in the sun and soak them in water to drink~for beauty and whitening.
Method for making the jam: take a suitable amount of petals, add a small amount of water, and grind them in a food processor.
Strain and set aside.
Continue to use the filtered juice to grind the remaining petals~repeat steps three and four~until all petals are ground.
Add a suitable amount of rock sugar and start cooking.
Observe the color change~the color lightens after the rock sugar melts.
As the moisture decreases~the color gradually deepens.
When the moisture is completely evaporated~the jam becomes very thick~then turn off the heat.
Cool and store in a jar.
The natural fermentation method is simple~first dry the petals.
Crush the petals~can use a grinder~make sure it is dry powder without adding water.
Mix the crushed rock sugar with a food processor~put it in a jar and let it ferment in the sun for a period of time.
