Place the red bean paste on top, leaving about 1cm of space around the edges.

Place the other piece of pastry on top, aligning it with the bottom piece.

Press the edges with a rolling pin to seal them tightly.

Use a knife to make three cuts on the top, preferably with a sharp knife.
