Prepare the eggs and Ai Ye.
Wash the eggs and Ai Ye, remove any impurities from the Ai Ye, and put them in a pot with enough water to boil.
After the water boils for four to five minutes, turn off the heat. Let the eggs cool slightly and then remove them from the pot.
Peel the eggs and put them back in the pot. Add brown sugar as needed and continue to boil for about fifteen minutes. (I took out the extra water and Ai Ye halfway through and used it to soak my feet.)
Once the boiled eggs have cooled to a warm temperature, they can be served. Eat them warm, don’t let them cool. Drink the soup together for better warmth~
