Egg yolks, make sure the bowl is oil-free and water-free!
Egg whites, make sure there is no trace of egg yolk, last time my egg whites didn’t whip up because of a little yolk in it.
Whip egg whites on low speed until coarse foam forms, then add one-third of the sugar.
Whip egg whites on medium speed until smooth, then add another one-third of the sugar.
Whip until there are visible textures, then add the remaining one-third of sugar and whip on high speed.
Whip until glossy peaks form, with small hooks, then it’s ready!
Whisk egg yolks with 48g sugar gently, then add oil, milk, and mix well! Forgot to take a photo of adding sugar.
Sift flour, mix well, and fold from bottom to top.
Fold one-third of the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture.
Once mixed, fold the egg yolk mixture back into the egg white mixture.
Take a portion of the cake batter and mix with cocoa powder.
Fill the 6-inch mold 70% full with cake batter, then use the cocoa batter in a piping bag to draw circles from the center to the edges, use a toothpick to draw a cross from the center to create a beautiful flower pattern!

Looks a bit ugly!
Take out a portion of the cake batter, add your favorite food coloring, and mix well. Preheat the oven to 130 degrees Celsius with both top and bottom heat!
Pour the batter into the bottom of the 8-inch mold, then pour the remaining batter into the mold, tap on the countertop to release air bubbles! Place in the preheated oven on the second rack from the bottom.

For the 6-inch cake, once baked, invert it onto a cooling rack to cool and remove from the mold!
