Xuan Mi Hei Ku Qiao Bai Cha Cooking Steps
Wash the pot and dry it without oil. Add brown rice (I ran out of brown rice at home, so I used white rice instead for now!) and stir-fry over high heat until slightly yellow. Then turn to medium heat and stir-fry until the rice slightly expands and makes a popping sound. Continue to stir-fry!
Control the heat yourself. The fire should not be too high to avoid burning, nor too small for the rice to expand. After stir-frying, turn off the heat and set aside!
The rice is slightly yellow and fragrant. Isn’t it tempting!
Black buckwheat and white tea are ready. The black buckwheat is ready-made and does not need to be stir-fried again!
Use a teapot for flower tea and pour all the ingredients in after the water boils!
It’s done! Let’s have a cup! It clears the intestines, nourishes the lungs, beautifies the skin, and clears the mind!
