Xuan Mi Tea Strawberry Snowflake Pastry Cooking Steps
Mix biscuits, nuts, dried cranberries, etc. together evenly, so that you won’t be in a hurry later.
Pour Xuan Mi Tea Powder and Dutch Lady Milk Powder into a bowl and mix them evenly with a mini egg beater.
Just like snowflake powder, mix the milk powder and Xuan Mi tea powder together first.
Pour the butter and marshmallows into the ceramic deep dish of the OSTINI multifunctional cooking pot.
Set to low heat.
Stir constantly with a scraper to prevent the marshmallows from burning. Keep stirring until the scraper leaves a clear mark on the bottom of the pot and the mark does not disappear immediately.
Add the milk powder and mix well. Then spread it out as much as possible and turn off the heat.
Pour in the dried cranberries, nuts, biscuits, etc.
Quickly mix them roughly with a scraper.
Wear gloves and fold and flip them several times while hot, so that the sugar can wrap around all the ingredients.
After folding, put them in a gold plate, remember to sprinkle some snowflake powder on the gold plate first. After roughly pressing, use a rolling pin to press and flatten them.
While still hot, sprinkle a layer of snowflake powder on the surface, on both sides and all four sides.
After cooling to room temperature, you can start cutting. First cut into long strips, then cut into small pieces. Saw back and forth with a knife for a neater cut. Finally, sprinkle snowflake powder on the cut surface, and the delicious snowflake pastry is ready to eat.
Remember to use a non-stick pan. The OSTINI multifunctional cooking pot has a good non-stick effect. This is what the snowflake pastry looks like after it is done, it is quite clean.
