Detailed Steps for Cooking Yam, Chicken Feet and Conch Soup
Soak the conch in water.
Blanch the pork bones and rinse off the foam.
Remove the nails from the chicken feet, blanch them with the conch, and rinse them off.
Cut the conch into small pieces.
Peel and cut the yam into pieces.
Remove the pits from the red dates.
Put all the above ingredients into an electric pressure cooker, add water up to the 10-cup mark, and press the soup button to start cooking.
After cooking, release the pressure and remove the fat.
Rinse the goji berries.
Add the goji berries to the soup, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. (Goji berries should not be cooked for too long, add them to the soup after it is done and simmer for 10 minutes.)
