Steps for Cooking Yan-Bao Chicken Shreds
Wash the cilantro and remove the leaves.
Wash the chicken breast.
Cut the chicken breast into shreds. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and monosodium glutamate.

Cut the cilantro stems into sections.
