200ML pure milk; 80g large sago; 20g fine sugar.

Put the small sago directly into the boiling water in the health pot.
Start the fruit tea mode and wait for automatic power-off. Then start the insulation mode and simmer for about 18 minutes until it is completely transparent.
Pour the cooked sago onto a sieve and rinse with cold water, then put it in the refrigerator to chill.
Cut half of the mango flesh into 2cm cubes; finely chop the other half. Tear the grapefruit into small pieces by hand.
Mix the milk, coconut juice, chopped mango, and fine sugar in a 1:1 ratio with an egg beater. (If you don’t have an egg beater at home, a spoon will do. If you have a blender, that’s even better.)
Add the sago to the milk and coconut milk mixture, and finally sprinkle with grapefruit and mango to complete the dish.
