Detailed Steps for Cooking Yellow Flower Vegetable Braised Pork Belly
Soak the dried yellow flower vegetable for a few minutes, wash thoroughly, and drain.
Cut the pork belly into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices and sugar, stir-fry.
Once the sugar has melted, add the pork belly and stir-fry until oil is released. If there is too much oil, remove some.
Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir-fry for a few minutes until colored.
After cooking on high heat for 7-8 minutes, add the yellow flower vegetable.
Bring to a boil again, then simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until the sauce reduces to one-third. Before serving, slightly thicken the sauce over high heat. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
