Prepare chiffon cake and other ingredients, mold.
Dissolve gelatin powder in a little water, then heat it in a water bath until fully dissolved.
Pour whipping cream into a bowl, add sugar.
Whisk until clear patterns appear.
Add strawberry yogurt and mix well.
Pour in the melted gelatin liquid.
Mix well again.
Place a piece of chiffon cake at the bottom of the mold, then slowly pour in the cream mixture to cover the cake.
Then place the second piece of cake, pour in the remaining cream to completely cover it, gently shake twice to remove air bubbles, cover and refrigerate overnight.
