Yogurt Fruit Mousse Cooking Steps

Remove the cream from the Oreo cookies, put them in a food bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
Melt the butter in the microwave, mix it with the crushed Oreo crumbs, pour into a mold, press firmly, and freeze in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Mix 100ml of yogurt with matcha powder, mix strawberry juice with 100ml of yogurt (forgot to take a photo).
Melt gelatin sheets in peach juice over water bath.
Whip the whipping cream with sugar and lemon juice (3 drops) until soft peaks form.
Cut peaches into cubes, mix with half of the whipped cream, add a quarter of the melted gelatin sheets, mix well. Pour into the mold, place in the freezer until partially set. Then add the mixed matcha mousse, place in the freezer until the surface sets, add the strawberry mousse mixed with gelatin mixture, place in the freezer to set, and finally add the remaining half of whipped cream mixed with gelatin mixture. Follow the same process.
Melt the gummy candy in strawberry juice over a water bath.
Once the melted gummy candy has cooled, pour it into the mold. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
Decorate with fruits, and it’s done!
