Yogurt Purple Sweet Potato Pudding Cooking Steps
Pudding Liquid: 120g Yogurt, 80g Whipping Cream, 15g Sugar, 1 Gelatin Sheet soaked in cold water, heat in microwave for 1 and a half minutes, stir until gelatin sheet completely dissolves. Tilt the container, pour in the mixed pudding liquid. Refrigerate for 3 hours until fully set.
Pink Pudding Liquid: 100g Yogurt, 70g Whipping Cream, 15g Sugar, 1 Gelatin Sheet soaked in cold water, Purple Sweet Potato Puree as needed, heat in microwave for 1 and a half minutes, stir until gelatin sheet completely dissolves.
Tilt the container in the opposite direction, pour in the mixed pink pudding liquid. Refrigerate for 3 hours until fully set.
Repeat the previous step with the remaining ingredients, remember to add more purple sweet potato for a deeper color. Refrigerate until set.
