Add one bag of Four Seasons Spring tea to the brewing cup.
Add 220ml of boiling water.
Steep the tea.
Pour into a shaker cup.
Add fructose.
Add ice cubes.
Shake well.
Pour into serving cup (leave 2cm for cheese cap).
Add cheese cap and enjoy.
