Ingredients needed: Cake flour (60g), cooking oil (40g), milk (40g), granulated sugar (50g), and 3 eggs.
Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
Beat the egg yolks.
Add 16g of sugar and mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Add cooking oil and mix well.
Sift the flour into the egg yolk mixture in three portions (this makes it easier to mix and prevents clumps of flour).
Do not just mix, but also press the batter to prevent clumps of flour. Mix until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Use an egg beater to beat the egg whites for one minute (you can add a few drops of lemon juice and white vinegar to make it easier to beat and remove the fishy smell of the eggs).
Add 16g of granulated sugar and continue to beat on high speed for 3 minutes.
Add the remaining granulated sugar and continue to beat for about 8 minutes until the egg beater is lifted with pointed corners, like foam filled with gas.

Pause the bread machine and place the cake on top.
Close the bread machine lid, press the pause button, and let the bread machine continue to work. When the program ends, take out the cake and invert it.
Let it cool completely before removing the mold.
