Prepare ingredients.
Separate egg whites into an oil-free and water-free bowl, add two drops of white vinegar, and beat with sugar until wet foaming.
Combine cream cheese and milk, stir until smooth and without lumps over hot water.
Add butter and stir well.
Add egg yolks in portions, quickly mix well to avoid overcooking the egg yolks.
Add sifted flour to the liquid mixture and stir until there are visible lines that do not disappear immediately.
Take 1/3 of the egg whites and mix them into the mixture, then pour all of it back into the egg whites. Use a rubber scraper to evenly spread the mixture, being careful not to deflate the mixture. Pour into a seven-inch round mold and shake a few times. Bake in a water bath at 160-170 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
