Finely chop the pork, mix with salt, chicken bouillon, oyster sauce, white pepper, gradually add green onion and ginger water, mix in one direction until well combined, then add chopped green onion and ginger.
Heat oil in a pan, pour in the meat mixture.
Stir well.
The meat filling is ready.
Mix flour, warm water, yeast, and spinach powder together, knead into a smooth dough.
Divide into 6 equal parts.
Roll out into round dough pieces about 10cm in diameter.
Wrap with the meat filling and half a salted egg yolk.
